The terms “we,” “us,” and “The Body Tale” refer to the owner of this website and store.

All of our services are provided through the Shopify platform and are subject to Shopify’s technical provisions; however, all of your transactions are directly with The Body Tale.

2. User Requirements

By using our services, you declare that:

You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the services under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.

3. Products

The products we offer are perfumes and other fragrance-related items.

We make every effort to display product colors, shapes, and packaging as accurately as possible; however, the display on your device screen may cause some visual differences.

We do not guarantee that the perfume will meet each individual’s personal expectations regarding scent preference, fragrance intensity, or longevity.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Prices do not include shipping costs, taxes, or other fees, unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for providing valid payment details, including card number, billing address, and active email address.

5. Orders and Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (WIB) will be shipped on the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (WIB) will be shipped the following day.

We ship every day from Monday to Sunday, except on national holidays.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the courier chosen. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

6. Complaint Policy

We accept complaints regarding damaged, leaking, or incomplete products under the following conditions:

Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours (2×24 hours) after the product is received.

You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package from unopened condition to the full contents inside.

If the error is on the part of The Body Tale, reshipping costs will be fully covered by us.

Complaints will not be processed without an unboxing video.

8. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from using this site for:

Illegal purposes

Uploading viruses or harmful code

Copying, distributing, or exploiting our content without permission

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
