Thank you for shopping at our store! The Body Tale is committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand the process and terms.
1. Shipping Schedule
Deliveries are made every day: Monday to Sunday.
No deliveries are made on national holidays and joint leave days in accordance with the official calendar of the Government of Indonesia.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM WIB will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM WIB will be shipped the following day.
3. Order Tracking
Each order can be tracked online. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

4. International Shipping
We currently serve international shipping to various countries. Below are the estimated delivery times based on destination:
Malaysia & Singapore: 4–5 business days
Other countries: 5–12 business days or based on the estimate displayed at checkout / shipping page
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, and courier policies.
All purchases are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or broken, and must be requested in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
The Body Tale is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, or similar fees imposed by the destination country on international shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping fees paid at checkout cover transportation only and do not include import taxes, customs duties, or other government-imposed charges. Such fees, if applicable, will be charged separately by the relevant customs authority or carrier.
In the event that the recipient refuses to pay any taxes, duties, or customs fees, or refuses delivery for any other reason, the order may be returned to our warehouse in Indonesia. Any refund, if applicable, will only be processed after the parcel has been successfully returned to us. The refundable amount will exclude the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, any handling or restocking fees, and any additional charges billed by DHL or any other shipping carrier related to the return of the parcel.
Duties, taxes, and sales taxes are non-refundable through The Body Tale.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
We ensure all items are securely packaged before shipping. However, any damage or loss that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the courier, not the brand.
