1. Orders and Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 PM WIB will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM WIB will be shipped the following day.
Deliveries are made every Monday to Sunday, except on national holidays.
2. Complaint and Return Policy

Complaints must be submitted within a maximum of 2×24 hours after the product is received.
Complaints must be accompanied by an unboxing video showing the package condition at the time it was first opened.
Without an unboxing video, claims will not be processed under any circumstances.
If there is a shipping error or missing item caused by The Body Tale, the return and reshipping costs will be fully covered by The Body Tale.

Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
The Body Tale reserves the right to reject orders that do not meet requirements or are suspected of misuse.
