How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@thebodytale.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Perfumes and personal care items must be in their original sealed packaging.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic deliveries usually take 2–4 working days, while international shipments may take up to 10 working days depending on your location.
Are your perfumes unisex?
Yes. Our scents are designed to be enjoyed by all, with a balance of notes that adapt uniquely to each wearer.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance’s character and longevity.
What’s the best way to apply perfume?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM WIB will be processed at 2:00 PM WIB. Orders placed after 12:00 PM WIB will be processed the next day. For urgent orders, please confirm with us first before placing your order.
When will my order be shipped with Regular delivery?
Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM WIB are shipped the same day. Orders placed after will be shipped the next day. Saturday & Sunday: Orders placed before 10:00 AM WIB are shipped the same day. Orders placed after will be shipped the next day. Note: No shipping on national public holidays.
